Inside the villa features an open plan living area with a design sofa (that can open into a double bed) and a wooden armchair, a fully equipped kitchenette with a modern kitchen counter, fridge and dining area. There is a Master bedroom with sea view, queen size bed -with Simmons mattress- and en-suite modern bathroom with shower and bathtub. Also the second bedroom has queen size bed and en-suite bathroom with shower. Outside the villa boasts a beautiful sea view and a private infinity pool (8 x 4 meters), heated jacuzzi, lounge area, dining area, sunbeds and outdoors shower. Facilities of the villa include, wi-fi, AC, safety box, central heating for the winter, smart TV, Bluetooth speakers, jacuzzi bathtub, luxury bath amenities, robes and slippers, pool towels, private parking area. Rental Rules Maximum occupancy is 4 adults (plus 2 children in the sofa). Standard rate is for 4 persons. Extra person – child price is 60 euros per person per day. Minimum stay: 3 nights Check-in time: 15:00 - Checkout time: 10:00. A security deposit of 500 euros has to be paid in cash on arrival and it will be returned on departure less any charge in case of damages.
