Sweeping Ocean Views! Dog friendly! Amazing 2bed 2.5ba home sleeps up to 4 on 2 queen beds. Perched high on a hill this custom home is on 2 levels (1 bedrooms upstairs, 1 bedroom downstairs) and has a private backyard with more stunning ocean views. Included BBQ and fire pit. An office can serve as a 3rd BR but be aware the folding doors not 100% private. Has fold down couch. This is the owners home so some personal effects will be visible. Owners do have a dog that lives here full time. The space Please not more than 2 dogs. Other things to note Please note we do have an exterior security camera on the property front entrance *Please only potty trained dogs and no dogs on the bed. We provide linens to cover the sofa, please use them to ensure our space remains enjoyable for other guests. There are no additional nightly fees for your dog but there will be an additional pet fee of $75 per stay. No other pets allowed. If you are needing to use the sleeper sofa, please let us know in advance so that we can have the bedding out and ready for you.
