The apartment is in the center of Kragerø, in one of the city's many charming alleys. The nearest neighboring building is a bakery and the world famous troll painter Theodor Kittelsen's childhood home. The appartment i 100 m2 and have 3 bedrooms with double beds. Nice livingroom and dininig room. The outdoor terrace have good space and located outside the intrance door. There is also a gas BQ to use out on the terrace. The apartment has good living spaces, with comfortable, new furniture. Large dining room with plenty of space for pleasant meals, well-equipped kitchen, with separate dining table. The apartment is partly newly renovated and fully equipped. Heat pump/ air conditioning, 65' TV and WI-FI. Screened terrace.with good sunny conditions. Duvets and pillow are provided. A short distance to most of what Kragerø has to offer in terms of cafes, restaurants, shops, galleries, ferries it takes 10 minute with a ferry boat to the world class Kragerø Resort where you have one of Norways best Golf course and a lot of attractions for all ages, see enclosed photos. Island jumping with the local ferryboats travels the large archipelago outside Kragerø. The archipelago i Kragerø have 456 smaller and larger islands. Some of the Islands have cafes and restaurants. There are about 4000 cottages in the archipelago. Only pew minutes walking distance to child-friendly bathing spots such as Sjøbadet på Øya and Gunnarsholmen.
