We have sought to equip our beach apartment in Rio Grande, Puerto Rico to a high standard, to anticipate your needs by providing all the things you might want for a comfortable stay. It is fully equipped and is located inside a private gated community named Bosque Del Mar, offering 24/7 security and lots of amenities. It's just minutes away from El Yunque Rainforest, the Wyndham Rio Mar Casino & Spa Resort, and great Golf courses. The space Our 2/2 beach apartment condo in Rio Grande, Puerto Rico is located on a Third Floor and is just steps away from the beautiful beach and the pool area. It is fully Air Conditioned and has two (2) bedrooms, two (2) bathrooms, a spacious living room and dining room area, a balcony with spectacular views, a fully equipped kitchen, a laundry area with a washer and dryer, Free WIFI, and two (2) smart TV's. More Details: - The master bedroom has a king size bed with fresh linens, a separate A/C unit, a private bathroom with bathtub and smart TV that you can use to watch your favorite streaming service (no cable). - The second bedroom has two twin beds with fresh linens, a separate A/C unit, and a private closet. - The second bathroom is a spacious full bath with a bathtub. - The living room area has a Sofa-bed, an A/C unit, and 55" Smart TV (no cable). - The dining table can sit 5 people. - The kitchen has a Refrigerator, Stove-Oven, Microwave (the light isn’t working) Coffeemaker, Blender, Pots & Pans and Kitchen Utensils - The balcony has two (2) big comfortable Adirondack chairs, so you can sit, chill and enjoy the views and ocean breeze. Here you will also find some beach chairs and a cooler you can use during your stay. - Free parking, two parking spaces are available to you during your stay, 232 and 233 It is ideal for a romantic getaway, or for a family beach vacation, or even just for yourself. Enjoy a great time in a great place!! Guest access You'll have the place to yourself for your full enjoyment. Everything inside our Rio Grande beach apartment is available for your use during your stay (beach chairs, coolers, sports balls, board games, books....etc). Also, you will have access to all the amenities our private gated community Bosque Del Mar, has to offer, including: Private access to the beach, swimming pool, basketball court, beach soccer field, tennis court & kids playground. There are also lots of other activities you can do nearby: - El Yunque Rainforest, where you can enjoy walking the trails, hiking and zip lining. - Spectacular Golf Courses located at Coco Beach Gulf Club and The Wyndham Grand Rio Mar Golf. - Carabali Rainforest Adventure Park, where you can enjoy Horseback riding, ATV's, Go-Karts, Hayrides and more.... - Visit Margaritaville at the Wyndham Grand Rio Mar Resort, where you can enjoy some time at the spa, try your luck at the casino, go for fine dining, go for a drink, or go simply to get to know the place - Go to Luquillo Kiosks (kioskos), a local's favorite!! Other things to note - 24/7 Security with gated entrance. - The complex administration does not allow for any reason additional guests that are not staying at the property and also any type of pets. -All guests staying in the property must be registered for your own safety and for any emergency purposes. - Private gated entrance to the beach. - You can buy ice bags from the security guard (around $3.00 per bag). - Pool schedule is 8:00 am to 9:00pm. - Quiet hours after 9:00pm
