The space The property is divided into two areas....the accommodations are distributed in both. The CASALE : is surrounded by a large garden with a pool area, olive trees and the Apuan Alps in the background. Inside the Casale a blend of rustic charm and modern comfort awaits you. The interiors are decorated with tasteful furnishings, creating an inviting atmosphere that connects perfectly with the surrounding natural beauty. Breakfast and light lunch is prepared only in good weather, at the outdoor tables at Casale when requested. The FARM : the farm is a few steps (50m) from the Casale and offers views of the agricultural activity, vegetable gardens, olive trees, orchards and our horses, ducks, geese and hens. The guest cottages are on the ground floor only, with a private garden overlooking the fields, grazing horses. Aperitivo is prepared only in good weather, at the outdoor tables at Farmhouse, facing the horses when requested. All our accommodations are with garden views, Smart Hotel TV, internet and air conditioning, kettle, mini-fridge and of course private bathroom. Almost all the accommodations are on the ground floor with a patio or garden where dogs are allowed, the others are on the first floor on the Casale floor with a view of the pool and dogs are not allowed. Some accommodations on the ground floor also have a microwave and some a kitchenette, inside or on the patio or in the external garden reserved for the accommodation itself. The apartments are on the ground floor and have a fully equipped kitchen with a dining/living area. All "extra" beds are intended for children under 12 years of age. We cannot guarantee the choice of accommodation, as we try to accommodate everyone's needs, especially groups/families who want to stay close to each other between the Farm and the Casale. Among the photos you will find all the rooms of each type/rate. At the time of booking we therefore recommend that you provide us with all the details of the composition of your "group" (including dogs), age and distribution of extra beds (and cribs), and other preferences. Breakfast is on request and we do not offer a restaurant service as you will find an infinite number of places in the area that meet all needs. We offer cold dishes such as salads, bruschetta, cold cuts and cheese platters or other local products for those who do not want to go out. Parking for a "normal" sized car is included. The 25-meter swimming pool, surrounded by the greenery of our well-kept garden and equipped with a jacuzzi, is the ideal place to unwind and let your thoughts wander. In front of the accommodations on the ground floor, the dedicated outdoor space is furnished with tables, chairs and hammocks ... come and discover the rest personally with us: our plus, in addition to the wide open spaces, is the vibe! The bicycle is the most common means of transport, with which you can easily reach the center of Pietrasanta and the beaches of Forte dei Marmi. Bicycles are available directly from us! Other things to note In this apartment you can prepare 4 single sofa beds in the living room and a single bed in one of the three bedrooms for children up to 12 years old.
