The Space: The house has 3 levels giving plenty of space for families, 2 bathrooms and a good size lounge and kitchen. There are two Double beds, three Single beds and a sofa in the Lounge area, (Room to sleep 7 guests.) Guest Access: You will have access to the house and also the outside space in the rear garden area. The Neighborhood: The property is situated within 5 minutes driving distance and 15 minutes walking distance to the Gallagher Retail Park where you can find retail shops and restaurants, shops include Ikea, Boots, JD Sport, Next, Decathlon, TK Max and many more. Food options include Nandos, Costa, Smash Burger, Pizza Hut, Burger King & KFC. Closely located and within 8 Minutes drive to J9 M6. Local supermarket is Asda in Darlaston that is 5 minutes driving distance and 10 minutes walking distance away. Getting Around: There is parking available outside the property. Wednesbury Town Centre which has a Bus Station and Metro service which is within 15 minutes walking distance. ( Metro to Birmingham town centre is 23 minutes journey.)
