Typical Tuscan house near the famous walled town of Lucca

A typical Italian house nestled in the hills above Lucca. The house is very private and commands incredible views down the valley. It sleeps 4, and summer days on the terrace are just sublime. The house has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (1 ensuite). There is also an outhouse with an extra toilet and shower. Also in the outhouse a washing machine and sink. There is a full kitchen with everything you need for self catering. The lounge has a log burner for the cooler evenings, but more often than not, we are out on the terrace. The nearest restaurant is a few minutes away in the car, and serves superb food at extremely reasonable prices. There are many other restaurants dotted around the hills, and it is an adventure seeking them out and trying the different menus. Lucca, the famous walled town, is a 35 minute drive away. It is a beautiful town and we enjoy exploring every time we go. There is always something new to discover. There is something for everyone! Go and explore
