Secluded Serenity - Rustic Cabin Nestled in the Northwoods

Unplug and unwind at our beautiful rustic cabin located on 20 private acres with thousands of acres of state land beyond! Enjoy all that nature has to offer! After a long day of outdoor recreation, you can relax in the authentic Finnish wood burning sauna. Other things to do: - Enjoy the many ATV, snowmobile, mountain biking and hiking trails nearby, including some trails that can be accessed from the property. - Public Lake Access is located 1 mile away to Morcom Lake for fishing or kayaking - Grill outdoors or roast marshmallows over the fire - Duluth and Cloquet are approximately 45 mins away for shopping and entertainment - Explore Giant’s Ridge Recreational area located 50 minutes away - Deer hunting and excellent grouse hunting (a waiver must be signed prior so please let us know if you would like to hunt on the property) Important Information to Read Prior to Booking: - There is no running water or bathroom INSIDE of the cabin. **There is an outhouse on site. We also have a high powered well located outside of the cabin to pump clean water for dishes, cooking, showering, etc.** - The well water is clean but it does contain lots of iron. **We recommend bringing drinking water.** - It has been an extremely wet season. We have fumigated for bugs multiple times, but the bugs can still get pretty bad at night. **We recommend bringing layers, some bug spray or nets for your comfort.** - Wood for outside fires and the sauna is provided. - There is no shower at this time. We do have a camp shower that can be hung up outside the sauna. We also like to rinse off/shower with cold water after a nice sauna session as a way to clean off as well. Get creative!
