This contemporary, art-inspired space offers a unique stay in one of Playa’s most coveted locations. Inside the apartment, you’ll find: Two bedrooms, each with a king-size bed, private en-suite bathrooms, large wardrobes, and a mini desk for working remotely or journaling your travel adventures. One bedroom opens directly onto the balcony overlooking Calle 38, while the second bedroom is part of a lock-off system, ideal for added privacy or flexible group stays. The living room features a comfy sofa bed, a Smart TV, and relaxed, warm décor that matches the building’s nautical inspiration. The galley-style kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, induction cooktop, oven, coffee maker, blender, basic cookware, and a dining area for four. From the parota and machiche wood ceilings to the artistic lighting and designer furniture, every detail has been carefully selected to offer comfort and style. Guest access As a guest, you’ll have full access to the building’s amenities: • Rooftop with two ocean-view pools, sun loungers, and lounge areas (open from 7:00 AM to 10:30 PM) • Fully equipped gym located on the rooftop • On-site art gallery with rotating exhibitions • Italian restaurant on the ground floor, serving Neapolitan pizza and handmade pasta • Free underground parking, subject to availability, for medium and small vehicles only (max height: 1.70 m) • Elevators and high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the building • Direct beach access via Calle 38, just steps from 5th Avenue Important: For safety and building control, all guests are required to wear a wristband throughout their stay. Wristbands will be provided at reception upon check-in and must be worn in all common areas of the building. Other things to note • At the beginning of your stay, we provide a complimentary starter set of basic amenities. If you need refills, you can easily purchase them at nearby convenience stores or request them from us (additional cost). • Each bedroom includes a full initial set of bed linens (sheets, pillowcases, and duvet/blanket). • For stays of 3 nights or longer, one set of bath towels per guest is included. • Beach towels are not included but can be requested (subject to additional cost).
