Welcome to our beautiful, renovated 3-bedroom Villa at Blue Bay Golf & Beach Resort! (NEW for bookings received after September 1, 2025): Our total price includes the usage of water and electricity. The space This Deluxe Villa has been fully renovated. We have new floors, a new kitchen, new bathrooms, beds, and it's freshly painted. It has a breathtaking view of the ocean and the flamingo lake. The Villa is next to the pool, less than a minute from the beach and surrounded by a beautiful tropical garden. You will be surrounded by Hummingbirds, Yellow birds, Bananaquits and butterflies while you are enjoying the beautiful ocean view from your veranda. Because this villa is one of the most elevated residences, you can enjoy the nice ocean breeze while watching the beautiful sunset right from the patio of the villa. Our 6-p villa offers: - 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a guest toilet (our main bedroom has a safe) - Living room with an open kitchen (fully equipped with a dishwasher, electric stove, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, etc.). Upon arrival, you will find some ice-cold beers and non-alcoholic refreshments available. - Air conditioner and ceiling fans in the living room/kitchen, and all three bedrooms - Wifi and Apple TV - A selection of board games and a small library - Washing machine - Large patio with a seating area and dining area (+ bbq/grill), including three ceiling fans - Bed linen, bath, and beach towels are included - Free access to the beach for our guests - Free parking near the villa - 20% discount on the standard green fee About the resort Blue Bay Golf & Beach Resort is a private, gated community featuring a beautiful white-sand beach and golf course, with 24/7 guarded access. The resort's private beach is one of the most beautiful beaches on Curacao—sheltered swimming for children and very nice snorkeling. You might see a sea turtle that occasionally visits the beach. The beach entrance is free for our guests! On the beach, you will find a diving center, a snack bar, a restaurant, and a bar. There is also a joint private pool equipped with sunbeds and beach umbrellas. The resort also offers a tennis court (free of charge) and free parking next to the villa. The closest supermarket is only a 5-minute drive away from your villa. Other things to note TUsage of water and electricity is included in our nightly fee (this is applicable for bookings received after September 1, 2025).. The economic use of water and electricity is crucial for the island. Therefore, we have an air conditioning policy in place. Air Conditioning Policy To ensure energy efficiency and maintain a sustainable environment, the air conditioning system is not allowed to run continuously throughout the day, or when patio doors are open, or when guests are not present at the Villa. Guests are kindly requested to turn off the air conditioning when leaving the property or when it is not needed. IMPORTANT: Running the air conditioning continuously is strictly prohibited and will result in a fine of up to $250 per stay of non-compliance. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
