We hope you'll feel at home and enjoy your stay here. The entire house is smoke and pet free, well-maintained, sparkling clean, and very tidy. I have a protocol in place to keep things maintained and orderly. :) Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors are installed, first aid kit and a fire extinguisher are available. Please keep in mind that the host lives in the house and the main living room, main kitchen, the front porch and the backyard are shared spaces. The entrance is through the main door. No separate entrance. If you are booking long-term, we'll ask to have access to the washer and dryer. Please be aware that some nights might not appear as available on our calendar, but feel free to message us to inquire about potential accommodations. Guest access You'll have access to the stove and air fryer in the kitchen, front porch and backyard. BBQ in the backyard can be used in the summer. Free parking space, WiFi, books, magazines, local tourism pamphlets and newspapers and a Roku TV with access to Netflix and Prime Video and many more channels (Global and CNN channels streaming live). You have your private mini-fridge, microwave, Keurig coffee machine, Roku TV, hairdryer, iron and laundry (for guests who stay more than two nights) at no extra cost. If guests will be staying more than a week the laundry area will be shared. The main floor (living room, kitchen and dining room), backyard and front porch are shared spaces. Other things to note If you're bringing a guest, we advise you to book for 2 persons, for liability reasons. Please know that neither Airbnb nor our home insurance will cover unregistered guests and we have a strict "only registered guests allowed" rule. The entrance is through the main door using a keyless lock. There is also a door to the basement with a key lock for your privacy. The shower stall height is 6 feet 4 inches. Please note that one person in the house leaves for work at 7 am. You may hear some noises coming from the kitchen, but they're very considerate and extra careful not to disturb you. For your and our protection, like in hotel lobbies/corridors, a motion detection security camera installed in the main kitchen (common area) facing the main entrance and stairs to the second floor (which is off-limits to Airbnb guests), and one installed facing outside the house, covering the front door and driveway.
