The condo has 2 flat panel smart televisions for the ultimate in entertainment enjoyment. The kitchenette has a refrigerator, above cabinet microwave and sink. It is also equipped with Keurig coffee maker, plates, glassware, and utensils. The rear sitting room is perfect for unwinding and enjoying the serene golf course views. This rear sitting area looks out over the 17th green of the Maples golf course. Watching the wildlife and golf action from this unit is just amazing. Maples is one of 3, 18-hole Championship courses in the Sea Trail Resort. Our property is near the South Gate which means you are just over the bridge from the beach and can have your toes in the sand in just a few minutes (1.2m drive). We are also walking/biking distance to the beautiful Sunset Park on the intracoastal waterway with its gorgeous walking trails, fishing docks and views of the water. You can also put in kayaks and paddle boards at the park. Just across from the park is the Sunset Beach boat launch and some great restaurants, coffee shop, gift shops and ice cream. You’re only minutes away from multiple area golf courses and Calabash which has some of the best dining experiences in this coastal region. This condo literally offers the best of everything for a perfect golf/beach vacation experience.
