This is a large 3 story home. With a total of 7 available bedrooms that can sleep up to 11 people..........***Each room has it's own bathroom*** The beds in each room are as follows: 2 rooms have 1 king bed - 2people max per room 2 rooms have 1 queen bed - 2people max per room 3 rooms have 1 single bed - 1person max per room You will have access to all the common areas of the house which include the kitchen, dinning room, living-room, three outdoor seating areas, as well as the roof-top. . The space The house was built not too long ago. I originally designed it so my kids and grandkids could have a place to stay when they came to visit Antigua. Well, they don't visit as much as I would like. So, their rooms are up for grabs. lol The kitchen is a FULL kitchen equipped with everything you'll need. It is up to you to clean up after yourself if you use it. The dinning, and living-room area is available for you to use as well. There are 3 outside seating areas. One on the first floor, and two on the second floor that are available for you to use when ever you would like. Last, there is the roof top deck that is under construction, but still available for you to enjoy while you stay here. Guest access The house is set up with plenty of open shared space. you'll have access to all open areas on the first, second and third floor. As well as the kitchen, dinning, and living room areas. I live in the house and occupy one of the rooms on the second floor. My room is off limits to everyone. During your stay I am available throughout the week to help you with anything you may need. I am available for airport pickup & dropoff most days, and can get you in contact with someone to help you for when I am not available. I can help you find transportation and tours in Antigua or around Guatemala if you would like.
