The apartment is located on the 1st floor and consists of: Area: 30m2 - Equipped kitchenette, open to the living room Microwave, induction hob, mini fridge - Nespresso coffee machine and kettle - A living room with a convertible sofa (120x190) - A television - A bathroom with shower and toilet - A bedroom with a double bed (160x200) and a small wardrobe Quality bedding, bed linen, and bath towels provided EXTRAS - Bed linen and bath towels provided. - Bath products provided: shower gel and shampoo - Baby essentials: high chair and travel cot €5 prior request (Baby mattress and sheets not provided) A security deposit pre-authorization of €300 is required, with no charge.
