HUGE TERRACE with SEA VIEWS

My apartment is in a very safe neighborhood called Laguito on the tip of the peninsula of Boca Grande. It has an extraordinary terrace view and is surrounded by sea, restaurants, beaches, pedestrian pathways, tennis courts, swimming pools, etc. It is located at a 100 meters away from the Hilton hotel. From there, all sorts of activities are easily accessible, like taking a boat to the near island of "tierra bomba" for a nice swim and a delicious fish before coming back a couple of hours later. The space Two elements make our apartment unique and outstanding. First of all it offers an extraordinary view on the Laguito, a seawater "lake" which periodically connects to the sea and is surrounded by a nice pedestrian pathway (perfect for jogging but preferably early in the morning because of the heat!"), tall modern buildings and the spectacular and oldest luxury hotel in the city: "el hotel Caribe". Moreover, our apartment has a huge terrace, which gives the option to our guests to enjoy a nice cold beer or a good wine being with friends or family in an open air space with a unique atmosphere. The apartment has everything you one need to have a great and comfortable time: air conditioners and cable TV in both rooms, several fans, a washing machine, a fully equipped kitchen, a microwave, a coffe machine, and much more that you can find in the amenities list. The surroundings are extremely safe, nevertheless, the apartment counts witha a safety door, plus there is a 24 hour doorman at reception. The buiding also counts with a nice swimming pool and a small park in the backyard. Guest access Apart from the apartment of course, you'll have access to all the common spaces of the buiding, such as the swimming pool and the little backyard garden. You'll also have access to our private and covered parking lot if you come with a car (it is possible to rent cars just coming out of the airport on your left hand side). Other things to note - you’ll be able to shower with hot water in the bathroom located near the main entrance. The main room’s shower is not heated. - The swimming pool can only be used with previous reservation at the front desk for 2 hours slots maximum - Registraron of the whole group (with ID or Passport for non-Colombian citizen) at reception is a pre-requisite to enter the apartment. - Minors must be accompanied by at least one parent or legal guardian (legal guardians must be in possession of due paperwork). - It is required to always carry identification documents each time you enter the building (receptionists are authorized to ask for ID document upon entrance) - Only guests on reservation will be allowed access. - check-in can be done as from 3pm. - Check-out is before 11am.
