PanaHouse is located in a quiet residential area, near the city canter and the lake front (less than 1 minute walk to shops/bar/restaurant and less than 5 min to the pier). Its location and its value for money make it the perfect place to stop and discover all lake Atitlan has to offer (volcanoes, point of view, culture, ...) at a fair price. Please read carefully the description below. The space We are 2 friends to manage this brand new building, close to the center while being located in a quiet little alleyway away from noise (Because we are located in a small alley where only tuc tuc and motorcycles can enter, we do not have parking, but we have an agreement with a public parking which offers better prices for our customers). Your bedroom has its own bathroom (with shower, toilet and sink). Hot water comes from a gas water heater which will allow you to take really hot and pressurized showers (which is rarely the case here in Guatemala) after your day of exploring around the lake. The building has an equipped kitchen in the common area so that you can cook as you wish (morning, noon and evening) as well as a rooftop with a view of the lake's volcanoes as well as relaxation areas for doing yoga, eating or reading in the sun. We do our best every day to make your stay as pleasant and relaxing as possible. Guest access Kitchen, lounge with sofa and tv, book, board games, roof top with its view on the city of Panajachel and the volcanoes. Other things to note Make yourself at home, respect our home as if it were yours. Be "Buena onda" like they use to say here!
