To maintain a clean and healthy environment, we have a strict no smoking policy throughout the entire unit. Smoking is not permitted indoors or on the patio. Pets are not allowed in the studio unit; property rules. We understand the love for furry friends, but to ensure the comfort of all guests, we kindly request that you make alternative arrangements for your pets during your stay. You can spend your days lounging on the beach, paddle boarding, or riding bikes. All things beach sports related can be rented across the street. Jet Ski rentals are available on the river. Popular restaurants, shops, grocery stores and entertainment options are also just a short drive away: Daytona 500, the boardwalk, Ponce Inlet to name a few. 16 ft trailers are allowed on the property EXCEPT during Bike Week or Biketober.
