There will be an extra charge for the dock usage. There is plenty of Room to bring the whole family. Close to the beach and many restaurants. Is located near the yacht club and world famous The Boathouse Tiki bar & Grill. Garage has been transform to a game room with pool table,arcade games,smart tv,darts and others, just look at the pics. We allow one pet maximum weight 20 lbs. There is a $100 pet fee per stay.
