On the left side of the villa is also lounge chairs at a grass terrace area for sunbathing, as well as a higher wooden terrace under a mango tree from where you can enjoy the shade while working remotely or eating outside. You have your own direct beach access to the surf side, with rustic restaurants to enjoy the original local style. From the front porch and also the left side of the villa you have the best view in the area to the surf during the day. Your villa is complete experience of both views and nature, very private with 24 hours security and housekeeping at your service on request. The staff can help you with the outdoor grill and cook in the kitchen. Traveling with kids: It is normal to bring kids, including small kids and babies. We have a high chair and a crib. We have family games for outside as well as inside. And you can go on a monkey trip. The plunge pool is a good area for small kids - also as it has shade. Temperature can be regulated with a/c in bedrooms, fans in other rooms and movable fans and the breeze as well as shaded and fresh areas. You are top organized and with a stable fiber optic wifi, 24 hour security and staff at your service if you wish. You would probably try the restaurants on each side of the beach. Juanitas Kitchen is to the north side of the beach and 3 restaurants is the south side. This is the surfers area - where you might eat and drink during the day - and rent a parasol maybe - or watch what goes on in the surf area. Or rent a surf board or a boogie board. Other restaurants in the remote maderas area are Hush, Espejo, Machete Market Cafe and Mango Rosa among others . In San Juan del Sur you might try one of the beachfront restaurants and maybe have some seafood - or find one of the other restaurants in town. You can also ask for quick delivery from a restaurant to your villa. So you have a lot of options to explore - when you choose not to cook your own food. Any other suggestion let us know and we might have if you visit. Access to our forest trails and the beach: You can find signs showing the trails "Mono Congo" and "Mapache" and our staff can explain. The Mapache (racoon) trail is also the easiest way to get to the 3 villas on the other side of the ravine. On each side of the small forest ravine going to the sea are 3 rental villas. Each side has its own private beach access. Wildlife: On our property you can "ind the black "Mono Congo” monkeys and maybe also a sloth and a variation of birds and butterflyes. A staff member can help you find the monkeys if the are not coming close to your house. San Juan del Sur area: If you are looking for any special type of activity in the San Juan del Sur area you can ask our staff for advice.
