Apartment in the center of Annecy

I offer you my main residence, a beautiful renovated apartment located in a character building of the 30s for 2 adults maximum (and 1 child or 1 adult and 2 children). It is conveniently located to discover Annecy, its old town and its lake. Everything is within walking distance, the Esplanade du Pâquier, a famous meeting place in Annecy facing the lake, is a 5-minute walk away! Cozy and functional, it will offer you a comfortable city stay! The space My home is my main place of residence, I hope you feel at home here and take care of it in the same way! It is on the 1st floor of the building without elevator and it includes: - the living room with a small kitchen, 2 ceramic hobs, a microwave oven and a small table for 3 people facing the window overlooking a small pedestrian square. This room also includes the 160 cm * 200 cm double bed that can be folded if necessary to save some space. The bedding is comfortable and new! (February 2025). It consists of 2 connected 80 cm x 200 cm mattresses. - Bathroom with toilet and bathtub. - A children's room: Between 3 and 6 years old: With a 140 cm x 80 cm bed, games and books to have fun! Between 6 and 12 years old: 140 cm bed, desk and bookcase available. The neighborhood is quiet and respectful, and I count on guests to follow these rules of civility. The apartment has Wi-Fi access but no TV. Towels and sheets are provided, beds made upon arrival. Guest access You will have access to the entire apartment and depending on your family configuration to one of the 2 children's bedrooms. The pedestrianization of the street brings real comfort of life day and night, however the unloading of luggage is therefore not possible at the foot of the building. Real advantage: you can enjoy your stay to the fullest by arriving in the morning and only leaving in the afternoon!
