The space Location Convenience: Stroll down the adjacent trail to enjoy morning coffee at Amazing Grace or Cool River Coffee house, and enjoy the town’s vibrant festivals without the hassle of parking. Restaurants, grocery stores, and coffee shops are all within walking distance. Recreation: Direct access to a network of scenic hiking and bike trails means you can explore the great outdoors without needing to get in the car. A starter stock of basic guest supplies is provided, including coffee, basic spices and oil, condiments, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and laundry detergent Please be aware that this home has outdoor surveillance at entry points for security as well as to monitor compliance with Pet/Animal, Party and Event restrictions. The rental home occupies the second and third floors of the house, with a private entrance accessible via either set of stairs that lead up to the upper deck or by an accessible ramp at the back of the home. Please do not attempt to enter through the ground-level entrance, as this is a private residence with full-time tenants. Renters must be a minimum of 25 years old Guest access PLEASE READ!!!! VERY IMPORTANT: The rental home is on the second and third floors of the house. The separate entry is up one flight of stairs to the upper deck or use the ramp accessible through the woods at the rear of the home for easy access. DO NOT TRY TO ACCESS HOME ON THE GROUND ENTRANCE (this is a private residence with full time renters living on property) Other things to note IMPORTANT PLEASE READ!!! Downstairs Residents: Our wonderful on-site property manager, Emily, is a permanent resident on the subterranean level of the property. Your rental has completely private entrances (upstairs) and separate utilities.
