Welcome to Estancia Selva Verde. We are located in the north of Nicaragua, the department of Nueva Segovia; Municipality of Mozonte, Los Arados county. This is an Indigenous community where the arts of pottery, farming animals and cultivating the land are a part of the daily life. If you are looking for a vacation to meditate, enjoy nature, mountain biking, yoga, jogging, hiking, walking -- come and see us, you will get all the positive energy that only Nature can gives. See you soon The space We have available a cabin with a capacity of 4 guests with a private bathroom. There are areas throughout the property where you can hang out to meditate, drink coffee, eat, or do anything you please. There are some excellent trails for jogging or biking. There are also some nice mystic spots with big stones along the river Guest access You have access to all communal areas, fruit, and vegetables. Depending on the season we have a variety of fruit trees available for you to eat like: mandarins, cashews, oranges, nancite, mamey, mango, avocado, and local manzana. We offer our guests nutritious and delicious breakfast, lunch, and dinner which is included in your stay. Our food comes from our garden and local growers. We will accommodate all diets, you just have to let us know ahead of time what is your diet so we can talk about the menu you would like to have. There are some limited alcoholic beverages available. Each day you stay, we can go to a different spot in the river so you can enjoy the cold relaxing water. There are three different ponds to swim that we can go to each day you stay. they have waterfalls, they are beautiful. During your stay We would like to have a relationship which reflects our professionalism and our warmth. Privacy, excellent customer service and trust are our priority. We want our guests to feel at home and at the same time be able to enjoy the surroundings. Wherever you are in the property, you will have our attention, at the same time, we will give you your space. Anything that you need, we will be at your service. We want you to relax and enjoy your stay with us. Other things to note We speak fluent English and Spanish, we can facilitate transportation to different tourist places around here (Mogotón mountain, Somoto Canyon, spring waters Don Adolfo, and El Duende, etc) for an additional charge. If you have a mountain bike or mountain motorbike, you can bring it and check out the mountains. Pets are welcome as long as they will obey commands. We also offer transportation if you need to go to other areas of the country and/or the airport for an additional charge.
