Welcome to Estancia Selva Verde. We are located in the north of Nicaragua, the department of Nueva Segovia; Municipality of Mozonte, Los Arados county. This is an Indigenous community where the arts of pottery, farming animals and cultivating the land are a part of the daily life. If you are looking for a vacation to meditate, enjoy nature, mountain biking, yoga, jogging, hiking, walking -- come and see us, you will get all the positive energy that only Nature can gives. See you soon The space We have available a cabin with a capacity of 4 guest with private bathroom. There are areas throughout the property where you can hang out to meditate, drink coffee, eat or anything you please. There are some excellent trails for jogging or biking. There are also some nice mystic spots with big stones along the river We have a dog named Storm, she is kind and playful. We also have chickens and we might get some more animals as we grow; we are fairly new here. The construction was completed on 5/21/18. At the present moment we are not available due to updating and construction. We will be opening again after November 2024. Thank you so much for understanding. Guest access You have access to all communal areas, fruit and vegetables. We have a variety of fruit trees available for you to eat like: mandarins, cashew, oranges, nancite, mamey, mango, avocado, local manzana. We offer to our guests nutritious and delicious breakfast which is included in your stay. Lunch and dinner are not included. Our food comes from our own garden and local growers. We are vegetarian place and we will accommodate guests who are vegan There are some limited alcoholic beverage available. We might be able to find horses for you to ride. During your stay We would like to have a relationship which reflects our professionalism and our warmth. Privacy, excellent customer service and trust are our priority. We want our guests to feel at home and at the same time be able to enjoy the surroundings. Wherever you are in the property, you will have our attention, at the same time, we will give you your space. Anything that you need, we will be at your service. We want you to relax and enjoy your stay with us. Other things to note We speak fluent English and Spanish, you can go to different areas of the river and differents tourist places around here (Mogotón mountain, Somoto Canyon, spring waters Don Adolfo and El Duende, Las pilitas). If you have a mountain bike or mountain motorbike, you can bring it and check out the mountains. Pets are welcome as long as they will obey on command. We also offer transportation if you need to go to other areas of the country and/or the airport.
