Beautiful lake front retreat with the most spectacular sunsets! We love to share our little slice of heaven with guests from all walks of life. You'll enjoy relaxation, camp fires, kayaking, fishing and so much more. Only 45 minutes from Burlington and 1 hour from Montreal. A couple of important notes: -With our cottage being directly on the lake, we require all guests to review/sign short term rental agreement to ensure everyone's safety. -The water supply for the cottage comes directly from the lake, which is common. The water can be used for everything EXCEPT for drinking/cooking. We do provide a water cooler setup for drinking water. -Being a seasonal cottage on the lake, the septic system consists of a 1,000 gallon holding tank. We ask that guests be mindful of water usage and limit toilet flushing as much as possible. This is common with seasonal cottages/camps/lake houses in Vermont. -Bed linens and towels are provided. -Guests have full access to the dock for fishing, etc, kayaks (4 total) and paddle board.
