Garden Oasis, Steps to the Beach

We are located steps from beautiful Ocean Park Beach. This 1 bedroom/1 bath 2nd floor apartment is nestled among tropical flowers, orchids and foliage. It includes an equipped kitchen, linens and a futon in living area - plus a new bathroom and A/C. The garden is gorgeous!!!! Coquis serenade you in the evening plus the fountain and wind chimes are devine. There are boogie boards, a kayak and even paddleball. Amazing restaurants and a variety of bars are just a block away on Calle Loiza. The space Our apartment is steps to the beach in the Ocean Park area. The bedroom has a queen bed and has air conditioning and TV. The bathroom has been recently remodeled and has cotton towels and shampoo and soap. The kitchen/living room has everything you will need for cooking and a futon for an extra guest. Both rooms have a ceiling fan. The garden is available for the guests to use and there is a boogie board, skin board, kayak, beach chairs and extra beach towels that may be used. There's even an outdoor shower to wash off. We show guests in and welcome them; it will depend on the guest for interaction. We are close at hand if needed. Our neighborhood is great. It is so close to a beautiful beach and also close to excellent restaurants of all types and prices within walking distance. There are Puerto Rican coffee shops, drugstores, a grocery store, a fresh fruit stand, boutiques, and surf shops all really close - all within walking distance. You may catch a bus on McLeary or Loiza St. Ubers are always nearby. One parking spot is included in front of the entrance to the apt but it is street parking. SJU airport is only 15 minutes away. Tell cabbie to go to Ocean Park area on McLeary St. and pass the entrance to Ocean Park and we are two blocks past Kasalta on your Right. There is a $50.00 cleaning fee. The apt will be clean and ready for you but it you want it cleaned while you stay, you must request it for a fee. See you in Puerto Rico soon! Bienvenidos Guest access The guests may use the various beach chairs, kayak, boogie boards and outdoor patio and barbecue plus laundry area. Other things to note If staying over 2 weeks please have the apartment cleaned. It is easy to arrange.
