Fast internet Wi-Fi, 65" TV with cable and all streaming apps. Blackout curtains in bedroom, and bed is very comfortable. Every sunset is spectacular. The beach is a 5-minute stroll, condo on Hwy 1 (PCH) so just cross street at the lite and beach is 1/2 block. This is a great condo, perfect for getting away from it all and truly unwinding with reasonable pricing makes it a very rare find for a couple 2 guest maximum. Our rates are already heavily discounted for monthly rentals. No exceptions to the 30-night minimum, the City of HB has a $1000 fine per day for violations. Close to restaurants and shopping.
