The space With 100ft of frontage on Catfish Lake, you'll wake up to breathtaking water views. Get cozy around your own fire pit with complimentary firewood for toasting s'mores. The fully equipped kitchen is ready for your culinary adventures. Rest peacefully in the king bed in the bedroom, and accommodate additional guests on the queen pull-out sofa in the living room. Whether you're seeking adventure, relaxation, or excellent fishing, this cottage has it all. We even have ample space for trailers and boats, with easy access for everyone. Get ready for a memorable lakeside escape at Catfish Hideaway Cottage! Guest access This is a shared property. If another group books the house you will be sharing a driveway and the shed that stores some of the supplies. The cabin comes with 100 ft of lake shore, a dock, a fire pit and 2 kayak/SUPs. Other things to note Guest Verification & Rental Agreement Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Superhog. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Superhog will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. I will be sending you a separate link to the rental agreement. Please complete both within 72 hours of booking your reservation. Security, Monitoring & Smart Devices There are three external cameras on the property, an ecobee thermostat & door/window sensors and a monitoring device that sends me an alert in the presence of cigarette, vape, marijuana or any other type of tobacco smoke as well as excessive noise decibels.
