The condo is fully equipped with a gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops stainless steel appliances with everything you need, fridge stove, dishwasher, icemaker, coffee bar, blender, toaster, microwave, all dinnerware, cutlery pots/pans and sharp knives. Kitchen bar with 4 stools and dining table for 4 to accommodate 8 people. If you do not want to dine out many restaurants offer delivery through Tico to go. Living room 42” flat screen TV, HDMI, cable TV and high speed internet, landline phone for local calls all provided. There is a large Shaded Terrace with 2 Reclining chairs and table and chairs to seat up to 6 people. You overlook the pool and enjoy the ocean breezes while relaxing . 2 Large Private Master Suites with queen beds and memory foam mattress, luxury linens , towels. Each suite has ensuite bathroom, Large closet and storage area. The front master has a safe and 42” flat screen TV with cable. For visiting guests there is a 2-piece washroom. Double Airbed and beach chairs also provided. Private Laundry room located off front terrace with washer and dryer. All rooms have ceiling fans and individual AC. On site 24 hour security and gated parking, Property Management Concierge Service is available to assist you with Airport Transfers, excursions and answer questions. Once a week maid service, toilet paper and hand soap. The Villa is maintained to the highest standards. The condo is set up with a self-checkin process that will be sent to you once booking is confirmed. There is a reserved, gated parking spot for this condo right at the front of the entrance. You might use a vehicle for longer distances, but this property is 1.5 blocks from the Langosta beach entrance and just one block to a mini-mart and pizzeria. You can walk most places. Playa Langosta, Tamarindo is a beach town where you can find different activities to enjoy with family and friends. For those who love water sports, surfing, kayaking, sailing, snorkeling and sport fishing, are the most popular activities. You will also find many hiking trails to admire the nature and wildlife. Howler Monkeys, Iguanas, Parrots, etc. will be part of the adventure. The night life in town offers a variety of international gourmet restaurants, bars, life music and more... The Condo is perfectly located, close to public bus station and to the main route. The property manager can help make arrangements for transportation, tours, car rentals, etc...and speaks fluent English and Spanish.
