Enjoy Rangeley with friends at a spacious retreat!

Enjoy all that Rangeley has to offer at The Field House! Bring the whole family to this spacious, comfortable 5 bedroom and 3 bath home. Its private location is just a short drive to so many things to do, but its also a great place to never leave. Relax and play games in the cozy living room. Have coffee and look for wildlife in the fields on the deck or in the den. Let the kids hang out in the downstairs bunk room. There is also a fire pit for some extra outside time! The space After a long day of hiking, fishing, skiing or exploring, come home to a fully equipped chef's kitchen to prepare your favorite meals. The kitchen has a gas stove, dishwasher, pots and pans, cutlery and silverware. Basic supplies (salt, pepper, olive oil) are available to get you started. The very spacious 5 bedroom house has enough beds for 15 people. The beds are in the 5 bedrooms plus the bonus bunk/rec room downstairs. There is 1 king bed, 3 queen beds and 7 twin beds. All bedrooms have window shades, extra blankets and noise machines. All sheets and blankets are organic cotton. Three bathrooms is a huge bonus for groups this size! Two bathrooms have showers, one bathroom has a shower/tub combo. On the first floor, you will find the main entrance and mudroom, kitchen, living room, a bedroom with the king bed and a full bathroom with shower. The lower level has 2 bedrooms each with a queen bed, the bunk room with 4 bunks, laundry, a full bathroom and the entrance to the garage. The upper level has 2 bedrooms, one with 2 twins and one with a queen and a twin, plus a full bathroom. There is plenty of room to explore outside on the 1 acre property. A fire-pit with chairs are included for guest use. Off the living room, you will find an outdoor deck off which is perfect to sit and enjoy the Maine landscape. The deck off the kitchen overlooking the field includes a brand new grill. The Field House is a 5 minute drive to downtown Rangeley, including the town access to Rangeley Lake, 20 minutes to Saddleback Mountain and 40 minutes to Sugarloaf. Snowmobile trails are located 2 minutes down the street. This is a perfect location to explore all that the Rangeley Lakes Region has to offer. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house. Unfortunately, the fireplace cannot be used, due to insurance regulations, but the wood stove is available. No parties or events.
