This 45m² loft-style cabin is elevated on the ground, giving you a privileged location with panoramic views of Cerro Catedral. It's the perfect retreat for couples looking for a romantic getaway or small families who prioritize scenery and adventure. Being at a height, the cabin offers incredible privacy and natural light. It's the ideal place to sit on the balcony with a glass of wine or mate to look at the mountain or connect the computer to work with the inspiration of the forest. Master Bedroom: It has a double bed (convertible to 2 singles) subtly separated by a modern translucent divider for greater privacy (not a completely closed room). Living room: It has 1 single bed + 1 rollaway bed, allowing up to 4 people to stay (ideal for small children). 🚀 Fiber Optic Connectivity: Unlike many mountain cabins, we have Fiber Optic Internet here. It's the dream accommodation for digital nomads who need smooth video calls and high-speed streaming in the middle of nature. 🍳 Equipped Kitchen: Everything you need for your meals (oven, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, plunger coffee maker, toaster and complete dishes). 🔥 Climate control: Heating by balanced gas heaters, safe and efficient to keep the atmosphere warm. 🍖 Fire and Grill Area (Shared): In the complex's garden, you have access to a beautiful shared area with a grill and table, ideal for barbecues or small fires under the stars. 🚗 Security: The property has security cameras and has private uncovered parking (1 vehicle) at the foot of the stairs. ⚠️ Accessibility (Important): To give you these incredible views, the cabin is located at a height. Access requires climbing an external staircase of approx. 35 meters. Not recommended for people with reduced mobility, but we promise the view from above is worth it! Great for: Perfect for couples looking for a romantic nest, digital nomads who need fiber optics, or small families (2 adults + 1 or 2 children). It is a space for those looking for tranquility and remote work with a good view. In addition, it is the ideal strategic base to tour Bariloche in any season: perfect in winter to quickly access Cerro Catedral (15 min away), and in summer to enjoy the beaches of Lake Gutiérrez, tour Circuito Chico, climb Cerro Campanario or Cerro Otto in total comfort and without crossing downtown. Guest access You will have 100% exclusive and private access to the entire cabin and all its interior environments, as well as to your own outdoor spaces: the patio, the stove area, the outdoor table and your assigned parking at the door. The only area shared with the other three units is the entrance gate and the vehicle entrance road. It should be noted that the land is extremely large and the layout is designed to maintain great privacy and independence between each house, guaranteeing your peace of mind. Other things to note Mobility and Access to the Cabin (Important!): ⚠️ Access Warning: To enjoy the best views, the cabin is elevated. Access is only by an external staircase of approx. 35 steps. Please keep this in mind and do not book if people with reduced mobility or very young children who cannot climb it are traveling. Given our privileged location in a natural and quiet environment, far from downtown, we strongly recommend having a vehicle to be able to freely explore the wonderful landscapes of Bariloche. Distances are usually long and having your own mobility will make your experience much more comfortable and complete.
