You'll love bird watching and making friends with the monkeys that live in the trees right behind the property. The house is 5-10 minutes from domestic airport, several beaches and local town for groceries and shopping. Santa Teresa is just 20-30 minutes away where everyone goes to surf. Important Security Step for Your Peace of Mind: To ensure the highest standards of safety and comfort for all our guests, we have a simple but essential security procedure: 1. Guest Check-In Form: All guests over the age of 18 are required to fill out a check-in form with their ID, name, and phone number details. These steps help us maintain the luxurious standards of our exclusive properties and ensure a fantastic experience for everyone. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in keeping our community secure and enjoyable! Additional House Rules: No Parties or Events: Unless pre-approved by the host. Quiet Hours: No loud music after 9 PM (Monday–Thursday) and after 12 AM (Friday–Sunday). No Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the house. No Additional Guests: Only registered guests are allowed unless approved by the host. Parking: There is a two-car limit on the property. If you need to bring more vehicles, please ask for the host’s permission. Trash & Recycling: Guests must place trash and recycling bins out on scheduled days. A $200 fee may apply for missed pickups.
