A Pleasant Stockton Surprise!

Come unwind in this centrally located home that is groups & family friendly!! Located on a quiet street with tranquil surroundings including a city park across the street that boasts vast green spaces for picnics & children to play. Or relax in our spacious yard with several gathering areas like our fire pit, dining and lounge spaces. Easy freeway access: dining, shopping & Stockton Arena is 10 min away & 1-1.5 hrs to Sacramento, SF, San Jose & Napa. The space This is a two-story home, 1500 sq ft with 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. We allow up to 8 overnight guests in the home at no additional charge. Extra guest fees after 8 overnight guests are $10 per person per night. The home can sleep up to 11 people in beds and up to 13 people if you use our queen air mattress and two twin versa mats (sleeping pads). We are willing to host more than 13 people on a case by case basis and only with additional fees. Please inquire for extra large groups >13 guests. Bedroom 1: master bedroom, queen bed with en suite including a double sink vanity, new walk-in glass enclosed shower, and a writers desk. Bedroom 2: bunkbed with full over full mattresses Bedroom 3: twin sized day bed with a twin trundle/rollout bed below, and work desk. Bedroom 4: full sized day bed with a twin trundle/rollout bed below Upstairs Hallway bathroom: Sliding glass shower/tub combination and single sink vanity Powder room downstairs with a pedestal sink Two dining tables, one in the formal dining room that seats 8 and one in the kitchen nook that seats 6 Outdoor space: -2 outdoor dining tables seating a total of 12 people -a lounge area with Adirondack chairs -an outdoor firepit with seating for 6 -wood table and bench seating for 4 beneath our oak tree -2 rocking chairs on the front patio Guest access Guests will have access to the whole house as well the spacious private, fully- fenced backyard equipped with outdoor dining areas, 6 person fire pit, and a patio conversation set.
