PLEASE: no bicycles inside the cottage!. The cottage is suitable for two adults only and up to two children (in the "full" size box bed.) Reservations for more than two adults will be refused. All declared guests over the initial two are charged at $50 per guest per night, up to 4 total guests. Third party bookings are discouraged. All guests, INCLUDING INFANTS of any age are charged.
