Before I open my doors, let me introduce myself… When was I born, and where do I live? I was lovingly designed by architect Humberto Zírpoli and built by engineer Cleômidas Cordeiro. I was born in January 2019, and I live in an extraordinary private condominium embraced by the sea and the Sirinhaém River. Here, only those I authorize may enter. That’s why my condominium is extremely safe — guardhouse, controlled access, and 24/7 security patrol. When you arrive, I’ll take you just a few steps from my door to see the sea, the piers, convenience stores, playgrounds, tennis court, gym, volleyball court, and the breathtaking meeting of the river and the ocean. Yes… all of that inside the condominium. Still not convinced? Then let me guide you through my three floors — 650 m² designed to surprise you. Ground Floor — Where life happens I offer a cozy garden, a charming veranda, a guest restroom, two spacious living rooms with a 65” TV, a chaise sofa, a table for great conversations, a dining table for 10, a small library, and a special coffee corner with a Nespresso machine. My kitchen is my pride: complete, functional, and fully equipped — stove, refrigerator, vertical freezer, 414 L horizontal freezer, microwave, blender, mixer, sandwich maker, toaster, and every utensil you could need. In the service area, I have a washing machine, iron, and a staff suite with a queen bed and air-conditioning. My Leisure Area — The heart of joy Anyone who has stayed with me knows: this is where the magic happens. I have a large pool with shallow lounge area, LED lighting, and hydromassage — perfect for adults and children. This space flows into a delightful gourmet kitchen with a cooktop, charcoal barbecue grill, refrigerator, outdoor shower, bluetooth speaker, support bathroom, and a private mini field for soccer or volleyball. It’s impossible not to be happy here. Second Floor — The rest you deserve After a day of sun, beach, and pool time, this is where you unwind. I have a 29 m² master suite and five additional spacious suites, all with air-conditioning, wardrobes, and bedside tables. You choose: fall asleep to a view of the sea or the river. And the shower? Ah… my boiler-heated showers deliver that perfect, relaxing “end-of-the-day bath” you’ll crave every night. Guest access Third Floor — My own private spectacle My third floor is brand-new — designed to make you fall even more in love with me. Up here, I truly make an impression. Get ready for three spaces that turn any stay into an unforgettable experience: Rooftop 1 — Fun, relaxation, and pure contemplation I offer a well-equipped gym, a charming playroom for the little ones, a cozy hammock lounge, and a deck with a lookout point over lush greenery and breathtaking views. All of this is safely enclosed with guardrails throughout, so you can enjoy every moment with peace of mind. Cinema Room — or the 7th Suite A versatile, modern, and comfortable 36 m² space. You decide: an immersive movie night or an additional spacious suite for the people you love. Rooftop 2 — My crowning jewel Here lies my favorite spot: an amazing gourmet area, a wide deck, and an elegant pergola with a minibar and a gas barbecue grill. It’s the perfect setting to gather with friends, enjoy a glass of wine beside my stylish fireplace, and feel the magic of a Toquinho night.
