Welcome to the "Le Poumatou" gîte with SPA. Come and discover our stone farmhouse in the heart of the Périgord Noir, completely renovated, mixing the old and the modern and accommodating 7 people. Ideal for holidays with family or friends, our gîte offers a beautiful living space with its "cantou" typical of the region and its stone floor and an independent relaxation area with a large SPA. Its park of more than 4500 m2 with its playground allows multiple possibilities. The space The "Le Poumatou" cottage is located in a quiet park in the heart of the countryside, covering more than 4,500 m² and offering multiple possibilities: terrace with garden furniture, private hot tub installed in an outbuilding, outdoor dining area in the shade of the linden tree for an aperitif or a barbecue with friends and family, and a play area with trampoline, slide, playhouses, and a volleyball or badminton court. On the ground floor: An authentic kitchen with stone floors and walls and an old fireplace. Very well equipped (induction stove, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, etc.) with a dining area An air-conditioned living room with sofas and a large TV A master bedroom (not air-conditioned) with a private shower room A separate toilet Upstairs, there are three spaces: An air-conditioned bedroom with a 140 cm double bed, chest of drawers and clothes-hanging cupboard An air-conditioned bedroom with two 90 cm single beds that can be joined, a 90 cm single bed, a chest of drawers and a clothes-hanging cupboard A mezzanine with TV, sofa and reading corner A bathroom with shower, sink, washing machine and toilet In a stone and wood outbuilding, a relaxation area awaits you with a large 7-seater hot tub, open year-round. WiFi (fiber optic) is available throughout the cottage. Conveniently located, less than 10 minutes from downtown Terrasson and less than 30 minutes from the must-sees of the Périgord (Lascaux, Sarlat, Saint-Amand-de-Coly, Turenne, Lac du Causse, Collonges-la-Rouge, etc.), the "Le Poumatou" cottage is the perfect base from which to explore the region.
