This street house is located in the heart of a typical Drome Provençale village. There is a bakery/grocery store, bar/restaurant/pizzeria Le Comptoir de Philomene. Athletes and/or nature enthusiasts can indulge in many activities: swimming pool, tennis, hiking, cycling, horseback riding or donkey, river rides, via ferrata, canyoning... even pétanque for the quietest. The space This comfortable home includes: - On the ground floor: a small terrace and inside, a living room/living room with a 2-seater sofa bed, a table for 4 people, and an equipped American kitchen. - On the 1st floor: * 1 bedroom with queen size bed (140x200), premium bedding and storage * 1 practical and functional shower room * 1 WC Sheets and towels are provided and a courtesy tray with a few Nespresso capsules and tea bags is available upon arrival. Guest access You can park in front of the main entrance of the house so you can easily unload and load your luggage. You benefit from free parking in the Comptoir de Philomène parking lot next to the town hall/school at the exit of the village (direction Petit Paris, 3 min walk) or in the village squares. If you have an electric car, you can secure your journey in the area by charging it through the first charging stations for electric cars installed in the Roanne Valley. They are in front of the Mairie de Saint-Nazaire.
