This street house is located in the heart of a typical village of the Drôme Provençale. There is a bakery/grocery store, a bar/restaurant/pizzeria Le Comptoir de Philomene. Athletes and/or nature lovers can enjoy many activities: swimming, tennis, hiking, biking, horseback riding or donkey riding, river walks, via ferrata, canyoning... or even petanque for the more relaxed. The space This comfortable house includes: - On the ground floor: a small terrace and inside, a living room with a convertible 2-seater sofa, a table for 4 people, and an equipped American kitchen. - On the 1st floor: * 1 bedroom with queen size bed (140 x 200), premium bedding and storage * 1 practical and functional shower room * 1 toilet Linens and towels are provided and a courtesy tray with some Nespresso capsules and tea bags is available upon arrival. Guest access You can park in front of the main entrance of the house to allow you to unload and load your luggage easily. You have free parking in the Comptoir de Philomène car park next to the town hall/school at the exit of the village (towards Petit Paris, 3 minutes walk) or in the village squares. If you have an electric car, you can secure your route in the area by recharging it via the first charging stations for electric cars installed in the Roanne Valley. They are located in front of the Saint-Nazaire Town Hall. Other things to note - As there is no bank, gas station or pharmacy in the village, we advise you to make your arrangements before your arrival. - To help you out, we offer you the possibility of buying capsules suitable for the Nespresso coffee machine on request (€0.50 per capsule). - Digital detox and disconnection guaranteed because there is no wifi (except on the terrace or inside the Comptoir de Philomène) - Sports enthusiasts can also enjoy the fitness room on the 1st floor of the Comptoir de Philomène at preferential rates, the municipal swimming pool, the tennis court, and the multi-sports court. The little ones can play on the playground of Place du Chenevier. - Electric charging sockets for bicycles are available on the terrace of the Comptoir de Philomène.
