Nice stone house located 5 min walk from the sea in a quiet neighborhood. It has a large living room dining room with open kitchen, 3 bedrooms including 2 with shower room, a bathroom and 2 separate toilets. The house has a garden all around the house. You can park your vehicle in the garden or on the street with free parking. You have a beach hut. All local shops and restaurants are a 5-minute walk away. The space All the windows have a view of the garden of the house! No one can see you when you're in the house. It has a small terrace on the front of the house and a garden that surrounds the house. A table and chairs are available to enjoy the garden on sunny days. On the ground floor you will enjoy a first bedroom with a 140 x 190 bed and a shower room. Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms: - Bedroom with a 160 x 190 bed and a shower room - Bedroom with 2 beds measuring 90 x 190 - Bedroom with a 140 x 190 bed PLEASE NOTE we rent the house for 6 people. Depending on your needs, we will lock either the bedroom with the single beds or the bedroom with the 140 cm bed. You will also have a bathroom with bathtub and a separate toilet upstairs. As for storage, you will find cabinets or dressers in each room. Available free of charge: bed linen and towels, tea towel, hand towel, WIFI, coffee, sugar, salt and pepper, washing machine, ironing board and iron, cleaning products, children's games and books, games and books for adults! For ecological reasons, we will make the beds according to the number of people planned at the time of booking. If this is a special case, please let us know when you book. LET'S BE RESPECTFUL: In order to respect the neighborhood, we thank you for limiting noise between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. No festive events will be tolerated within the accommodation. In case of non-compliance with the house rules, we reserve the right to terminate the lease immediately. Guest access You will have access to the whole house and garden.
