The space In the heart of the Pays d'Othe, known as the Cradle of the Templars, 30 minutes from Troyes and Sens, 1.5 hours from Paris, Charlie's Home, a single-story house, will be the ideal place for a getaway for couples, families or groups of friends. It can accommodate up to 5 people (provision of a folding bed with a supplement of €10/day) and has the necessary for babies (bed, changing table, high chair). For professionals, possibility of discounted rate depending on the length of stay. You will find a living room with equipped kitchen open to a dining area, a bathroom with bathtub, double sink, hairdryer, separate toilet and laundry room. On the night side, you will have a double bedroom with a 140x190 bed and a double bedroom (160x200 bed) equipped with high-end bedding. Outside, you will enjoy a fenced garden with terrace, barbecue, garden furniture, parasol and deckchairs. You'll have the opportunity to park multiple vehicles safely. The beds are made on arrival, towels and linen are provided, heating and electricity are extra with meter reading (excellent insulation - rehabilitation by a project manager to meet new environmental standards), end of stay cleaning is also extra.
