Charlie's Home – NEUVILLE-SUR-VANNE The space You will find a living room with equipped kitchen open to a dining area, a bathroom with bathtub, double vanity, hair dryer, independent toilet and laundry room. On the night side, you will have a double bedroom with a 140x190 bed and a double bedroom (bed 160x200) equipped with high-end bedding. Outside, you will enjoy an enclosed garden with terrace, barbecue, garden furniture, umbrella and sunbeds. You'll have the option to park multiple vehicles safely. The beds are made on arrival, towels and linens are provided, heating and electricity are extra with meter reading (excellent insulation - rehabilitation by a project manager to meet new environmental standards), end of stay cleaning in addition. In the heart of the Pays d 'Othe dit le Berceau des Templiers, 30 minutes from Troyes and Sens, 1h30 from Paris, Charlie's Home, a single storey house, will be the ideal place for a getaway for couples, families or friends. It can accommodate up to 5 people (provision of a folding bed with an additional charge of €10/day) and has baby essentials (bed, changing table, high chair). For professionals, possibility of discounted rates depending on length of stay.
