The property is 2 minutes from downtown. The entrance to the neighborhood is on RN 3. 10 minutes from the Malvinas Argentinas International Airport. We are in a gated residential neighborhood overlooking the ocean and surrounding mountains. The area is extremely quiet and safe. Parking in the house, spacious and with lighting. The space The bedroom has plenty of space between the beds. It has 3-door closets, two nightstands, a desk and chair. Very good artificial and natural lighting through its two windows. Guest access The bathroom is private and spacious, with adequate natural and artificial light, a vanity, hot and cold water, a shower, and a bathtub. Good space between toilet and bidet. Optional laundry and ironing service. The common space (living room) is spacious, with comfortable armchairs and chairs overlooking the ocean, TV, Wi-Fi area and refrigerator. The garden can be accessed from the front and back of the house. During your stay It has 24-hour staff to meet the passenger's requirements, with the passenger's stay in the accommodation being from 7:30 pm to 11:30 am. A hearty breakfast is included in the price.
