Watch them practice every morning directly across the street. Plenty of on-site parking. Walk to stores, ice cream, restaurants. 4 minute drive to Legoland New York. Coach bus from NYC to Village of Goshen & walking distance to the unit. Please keep unnecessary noise down to a reasonable level after 10pm, for we are located in a residential neighborhood with adjoining units and guests. No pets, parties, smoking or vaping whatsoever in the building or directly outside. Any violation of the above will result in a fee of $500 for expedited cleaning services & or disrupting any other guests staying with us. You agree to these house rules upon receiving your check-in instructions prior to check-in.
