Situated on the 3rd floor without a lift, this quiet, modern, and tastefully decorated 50m² apartment is located on one of the 2 prestigious islands in the heart of Paris. Ile Saint Louis is home to many celebrities and Paris' most expensive private property (Hotel Lambert), just a few meters away from your door. This apartment has an open floor plan, no vis-à-vis, high ceilings with wooden beams, and original 17th century tiles floors. The living room features a large sofa-bed (for a potential additional guest), a fireplace, a wide-screen smart TV for watching your favourite shows, and a dining table for six. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a cooking plate, an oven, and a microwave. This is where you’ll also find the washing machine and the dryer. Welcome! The front door of this 50m² apartment opens onto a bright and elegantly decorated space. The living room area is equipped with a very comfortable sofa and a large television. The dining area offers a table for six. The fully equipped kitchen includes all the essential appliances and utensils for preparing your meals. There are four additional chairs and a table for two in the closet. The bedroom features a king-size bed (180 x 200) carefully made with hotel-quality linens. A closet will allow you to store your belongings and make you feel right at home. The bathroom includes a sink, a large mirror, a shower, and a toilet. Please note that the air conditioning is a portable unit for one room. The apartment is professionally cleaned between stays. All you have to do is enjoy! Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home! Other things to note Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
