Beach house, the "ker goh lienn"

Come and have a pleasant stay in our "ker goh lienn". The house is completely and freshly tastefully renovated. The house is suitable for friends or families. The beach is 250m, at the end of the cul-de-sac. The nautical center 500m away as well as the restaurant "la pointe". The village is less than 1 km away with all amenities: tobacconist, grocery store, restaurants. Spot for kite surfing in the cove. The space The house consists of 3 bedrooms, one on the ground floor with private bathroom, and two upstairs. The living room serves as a 4th bedroom with the sofa bed if needed. One of the bedrooms upstairs has a triple bunk bed and a pull-out bed for two, enough to make a nice dormitory for children! The kitchen is fully-equipped. Guests can enjoy a large south-facing terrace and a small shaded garden. Guest access Access is self-contained via a secure lockbox.
