Our independent studio of 20m2 with garden, classified 2 stars, is a small haven of peace that we designed and arranged for your Zen stay in Ile de France. A 9-minute walk from Sartrouville station, you'll reach La Défense by the RER A in 11 minutes, the Champs Elysées in 15 minutes or Gare Saint Lazare and department stores (Printemps, Galeries Lafayette) by the L line in 24 minutes. You can walk or jog along the Seine 3 minutes away. The space During your stay, you will find all the comforts you need in your accommodation (bed made, towels, equipped kitchen, TNT and Chromecast TV, bluetooth soundbar, Wifi, washing machine,...), as well as in the garden (gas barbecue, garden furniture). We have thought about the safety of your belongings, and a safe is available in the accommodation for your computers, tablets, etc ... Your bed is a hotel-grade sofa bed (slatted box spring, 140cm high-density memory mattress, feather duvet and duck duvets). Thanks to our automatic double flow VMC, the place is refreshed in summer and tempered in winter. Since the space is step-free, it is accessible to everyone. However, it is not suitable for wheelchairs and it is not equipped with devices for people with reduced mobility. Smokers may smoke in the garden only. Guests can park their car easily and for free on the surrounding streets. Other things to note Close to all shops, especially the Montesson shopping center 6 minutes walk away with its Carrefour hypermarket and 69 shops. For the comfort of the neighborhood, parties and receptions are not allowed.
