The accommodation is entirely private for guests. It consists of two bedrooms, a comfortable living room, a modern kitchen, a bathroom, and a private garden. It can accommodate up to 6 people and 4 adults. The layout and amenities are designed to accommodate families with children, couples, or groups of friends looking for a pleasant stay in a relaxing setting. 30 minutes from the sea, Lake Salagou, Vailhan and the Héric gorges. The space 🏡 This peaceful, air-conditioned accommodation is ideal for a relaxing stay with family or friends. It can accommodate up to 6 people, up to 4 adults, plus children. You'll find: 🌙 2 comfortable bedrooms: One bedroom with a king-size bed (160 x 200 cm) One bedroom with bunk beds (70 x 170 cm) for 2 children, and a convertible bed (80 x 200 cm or 160 x 200 cm) that can accommodate 1 to 2 additional people 🍼 Baby equipment available: travel cot and high chair 🍽️ Fully equipped kitchen: Oven, microwave, induction hob Large fridge-freezer Tassimo coffee machine (pods available for purchase at a nearby store) 🎮 Entertainment: 80 cm flat-screen TV Wii U console with 3 games Wi-Fi connection 🌳 Private outdoor area: Peaceful, enclosed garden Barbecue for enjoying al fresco dining Guest access 🔑 The accommodation and garden are completely private and reserved for your exclusive use during your entire stay. 📍 Only the entrance (gate or driveway) is shared with the owners, ensuring complete privacy. It must only be used to access the accommodation. Other things to note 📝 Contract & Arrival A seasonal rental contract must be signed electronically to confirm the reservation. Everything is done online, simply and quickly. A secure key box is available for independent check-in, ideal in case of late arrival or if I am unable to welcome you in person. 🧺 Bed Linen and Towels Bed linen and towels are not included. A complete package (sheets + bath towels) can be provided upon request for an additional €30.
