Architect's house of 260 m2, ideal for relaxing, partly accessible for people with reduced mobility. Spacious cathedral living room of 75 m2 with giant hammock and billiards, beautiful games room with arcade terminal and foosball, indoor pool heated all year round with spa. 4 bedrooms (including 1 PRM suite), 3 bathrooms, 2 independent toilets, 3 dressings. Garden of 2600 m2 with petanque court, ping pong table, barbecue, garden furniture, 2 car shelters equipped to recharge electric vehicles. The space In the bedrooms: - 1 PRM bedroom for 2 people (1 bed of 160), with its dressing room and private bathroom. - 1 bedroom for 4 people (1 bed of 160 and 2 convertible beds of 90), with its dressing room. - 1 bedroom for 2 people (1 bed of 160 cm) with storage. - 1 bedroom for 4 people (1 bed of 160 cm and 1 bed of 140 cm), with its dressing room. 1 cot (with mattress) is available. The beds cannot be moved. Guest access You will have access to the entire home and the large garden. Other things to note We do not accept more than 12 people. No pets allowed. You must respect the neighborhood and not make noise between 10 pm and 8 am. The house is well insulated. Remember to close the floor-to-ceiling windows to avoid noise pollution and to maintain the requested temperature. Provide the owner with a Holiday Insurance certificate that the vacationer has previously requested from their insurance company. The house is "non-smoking". The pool is equipped with a safety device (door that locks with keys). The use of the pool and the giant hammock by children is under the full responsibility of the parents. Access to the hammock is via a step ladder. So you have to go up and down as if you were on a ladder, and not on a staircase.
