Follow Us @Vive_Cerritos The space Our Sunshine tiny home has two loft bedrooms equipped with a King bed and two individual beds to assure a good night rest. On the ground floor, a spacious kitchenette that merges with the outside spacious deck through a large panel window. A cozy lounge to sit back and relax on the left end, and at the opposite end a full-size bathroom. Outside a spacious deck to enjoy the outdoors, surrounded by native flora. Our village offers common areas that you can discover, whether to do yoga, read a book, sunbathe or relax in company. You will have access to the spa gazebo, fire pit and bbq area. This is more than just a tiny house surrounded by native desert flora at the footsteps of a pristine beach. This is about experiencing Baja California Sur … beaches, surf, fishing and wildlife, sunsets, dining and entertainment…. Baja has it all. Guest access Everything in the Tiny Home is yours to enjoy privately, including the outdoor patio. In our Village, you will share with other guests our Fire Pit area, Hammock and Spa along with the entrance and bike rack. Other things to note 》Hot water – our system is designed to provide 5 minutes of hot water for each showers at an average temperature of 35*C (95*F), max temperature of 37*C (98*F). Electric boiler requires al least 5 to 10 minutes of wait time between each use to assure temperature. 》Hair dryer available upon request. 》Internet: We offer complementary internet service for your enjoyment. (Provider: TodosOnline / speed: 15MB). If you have any issues with internet service please contact your hosts, and do not reset, or tamper in any way with the router. A $50US charge will be applied If we need to call ISP/TodosOnline to reconfigure the router due to guest resetting or tampering with router.
