Isabelle and Laurent welcome you to the heart of their farm, at the crossroads of the Savoyard and Isère Alpine valleys, in a former garage that has been completely converted into a residential home. The view is wonderful, the place is charming, and it’s ideal for cycling, hiking, or riding through the vineyards towards the lakes. In winter, you’ll have a choice between the Belledonne, Les Bauges, or Chartreuse ski resorts. The space Detached house: on the ground floor, the living room opens onto the terrace and the garden (with a sofa bed measuring 140 x 190 cm), a shower room (shower and laundry area), and a separate toilet. Cottage with air conditioning. On the 1st floor: family bedroom (1 double bed, 140 x 190 cm, and 1 single bed, 90 x 190 cm). Private parking (2 spaces) and large private garden. Nestled in the heart of the wine-growing countryside and just a short walk from the charming little fishing lake of Saint-André, the Gîte du Rocher immerses you in the heart of a snail farm. Settle in facing the vineyard and let your imagination wander among the surrounding peaks. The owners will introduce you to their business and show you around their snail farm.
