The swimming pool and barbecue are private, and the condominium offers a playground for the children. PARTIES AND NIGHT EVENTS are prohibited (8 p.m. to 7 a.m.): Maximum 50 decibels (7 a.m. to 8 p.m.): Maximum 55 decibels. The space The house is located in a wooded neighborhood, within a quiet and family-friendly condominium. The "law of silence" in our condominiums must be STRICTLY complied with, as it is based on the right to peace and quiet and ABNT technical standards, which define noise limits (55 decibels during the day from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m., and 50 decibels at night from 8 p.m. to 7 a.m.). Failure to comply with the Law of Silence will result in immediate communication of the incident to the booking app and a police report (BO) at the city police station, so that a fine is applied through the app directly to the offending guest. We have 2 covered and private parking spaces. It is possible to park more vehicles safely on the street in front of the house. Standard digital antenna television signal. We offer Wi-Fi. Only the playground is located outside the house, inside the condominium. PARTIES AND NIGHT EVENTS are prohibited by the condominium, and the manager may call the police and register the occurrence so that the applicable legal sanctions are applied. The "law of silence" establishes decibel limits and noise schedules, following the NBR 10.151/2019 standard. Noise levels and schedules: Daytime (7 a.m. to 8 p.m.): up to 55 decibels. Night Shift (8 p.m. to 7 a.m.): up to 50 decibels.
