Spectacular Ocean / Marina View Getaway in Fajardo

Beautiful, private home with a spectacular view of the Caribbean Sea and its largest marina, Puerto del Rey (http://puertodelrey.com/ ). Our home is in "Las Gaviotas" gated community and sits atop a hill on an acre+ of land. Fully furnished 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, breakfast counter, dining area, living room, and spacious balcony with an unhindered view of the sea and marina. Sleeps 2 adults, 4 children; however, can accommodate 6 adults. Must be 21 or older to rent this property. The space The master bedroom has its own bathroom, queen and full-size beds. The second bedroom has a bunkbed with full and twin beds. Both bedrooms are air conditioned. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, sink, pots, pans, dishes, and silverware. The dining area is perfect for quaint family or romantic dinners. The living room has two large sofas that can be used as additional beds if needed, plus a TV and a family game area (dominoes, monopoly, and other games provided) It has a private patio where you can entertain guests, barbeque, or simply kickback on a hammock with your favorite drink. The balcony overlooks the marina where you can relax and enjoy the evening breeze; or you can sip your morning coffee as you catch a breath-taking sunrise. Ideally located on the east coast town of Fajardo, you can walk to Puerto del Rey marina, and are no further than a one-hour drive from most of Puerto Rico’s best attractions, restaurants, and beaches. Guest access Guest have the house all to themselves, inside and out. Other things to note You don’t need a passport if you are a US citizen, and most islanders speak English and Spanish. Perfect location for a romantic or family getaway, catamaran ride to nearby islands, site seeing, and adventure tours.
