Casa del Mar is a beautiful, newly remodeled, 3 bed/3.5 bath home located on the north end of Playa Guasacate. It is just steps from the beach and features 2 patios, a huge balcony and 3rd level deck and a private pool. The space Casa del Mar is well appointed with terracota floors, hardwood furniture, gorgeous Granada tile accents and polished concrete counters. The downstairs features the kitchen, dining room, living room and and the master with an en-suite bath plus an a half bathroom for guests. The living room has a large wrap-around sofa and a Smart TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with all of your cooking needs and meal packages are also available upon request for an additional fee. There is AC in all the bedrooms as well as the living room. Should you choose to use the living room AC there is an additional $30/day fee. The upstairs features two additional bedrooms, both with their own private bathrooms, one with 1 queen bed and the other with 2 full beds. Additionally there is a large patio in the rear of the house and a spiral staircase leads to the 3rd level star deck, perfect for checking the surf or gazing into to the gorgeous nightime sky. Guest access You will have access to the entire house. This house is located in a private neighborhood with 24/7 security and a very friendly environment. Playa Guasacate is a beautiful stretch of beach located just north of Popoyo. It is centrally located to all of the local restaurants, bars and other activities in the Popoyo area. Other things to note Monthly rentals DO NOT include utilities (electricity and internet). We would need to collect a refundable security deposit of $500 before checking in. We would take a meter reading upon check in and check out and calculate the electric bill accordingly.
