Double Bed Room House with two floors located in a privileged area in the Casa Verde neighborhood, close to the Limão Bridge in a residential area close to bus stops, Barra Funda metro station (10 minutes), shops, banks, bakeries, restaurants, pharmacies. It's just a short walk. The space The house is very well maintained and has 2 protective dogs and friends. So we ask that you let us know if you're bringing your furry friends. Guest access The common areas are a large living room, kitchen and dining room. The kitchen is equipped to assist in the preparation of meals. Simple breakfast is on us. During your stay I will always be available to serve you, including extra laundry services (wash and iron) for a negotiable additional cost.
